Hi friends!!! Last Tuesday, I hopped off a plane at SFO with a dream and my roshes. Welcome to the land of yuppies, hills, whoa! – am I gona fit in?

Okay I’ll stop being lame. I am in San Francisco visiting Roms and it has been an interesting few days! If you haven’t been keeping up with Romel’s instagram, we found a place! It’s a cute little studio apartment in this old building. Finding an apartment in San Francisco is tough, so Romel was really lucky to find this amazing place in the city!

Last night, we headed to Ikea to find some furniture. We arrived at around 6:30pm and of course, we first had to grab a bite to eat at the Ikea Restaurant. Afterwards, we went through the different showrooms – trying out different chairs & beds, opening and closing all sorts of drawers, over-filling our carts with a variety of home accessories, and listing all the products we would have to pick up at the self-serve area. I think we arrived at the self-serve area around 8:45. Romel, having not been to Ikea recently, was unaware that we would have to pick up everything on our list… He thought we would hand someone our paper with item names and location numbers and they would magically pick everything out. By the picture below, you can tell he wasn’t too happy after all was said and done!
