Last Saturday, I asked Romel to come with me to celebrate Vancouver’s Art Festival: Draw Down. One of the stops we made was at Granville Island, one of my favorite places in Vancouver. We took a look at some of the drawings and artwork displayed and even got our hands dirty ourselves, making creations out of recycled products.
I made a necklace and a matching bracelet for Romel:

Afterwards, we filled our hungry tummies with treats from the Granville Market. I chose a lamb donair (shown below) and some blueberry bread (my fave!) from Terra Breads.
